House rules
• Strictly no smoking inside any of the buildings. Smoking inside the buildings will trigger the smoke alarms.
• Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down. No noise between 11pm and 7am.
• We ask guests to remove their shoes on carpeted areas.
• For safety reasons the use of candles in the property is not allowed.
• No pets. No extra guests.

No smoking
The Walk has a strict no smoking policy and smoking is not permitted inside any of the apartments or buildings. Smoking inside the communal areas is against the law.
The Walk is fitted with heat and smoke alarms and smoking inside the building will trigger the alarms.
Smoking area
There is a designated smoking area outside the Building Entrance where smoking is permitted. A bin is provided for cigarettes. Please keep this area tidy for other guests and residents.

Lift emergencies
If you find yourself trapped in the lift, press the Alarm button (the yellow button with a Bell icon) for three seconds.
It is recommended that you carry a mobile phone when using the lift.

On doing this, the Alarm Activated light will be lit and you will be connected directly to the lift engineer’s emergency contact.
